The Tassel Anchored Lavalier draws inspiration from the ropes and chain of pearling luggers, weathered and transformed by the elements.
This design is an evolution of the iconic Lavalier, capturing a perfectly undrilled 18mm round pearl with an innovative bollard mechanism, inspired by the anchor chains used to secure our pearling fleet.
Crafted in white, rose, and yellow gold, with platinum and black ruthenium-plated gold, the necklace references the gradual patination of submerged nautical pearling equipment. The chain tassel and gold mesh net reflect these graduating colours, encrusted with an interplay of white diamonds, moonstones, blue sapphires, and black spinel.
